Shadcon had the privilege of collaborating with the owners of Xtend Outdoors on their remarkable Industrial Shed project in the Industrial Park at Chevallum. This latest endeavor showcases Shadcon’s commitment to delivering exceptional results. The clients sought to expand their business while maintaining functionality and simplicity in their new space. Working closely with Danny, the team at Shadcon ensured that the clients’ vision was successfully realized.

The construction of the building involved the use of concrete tilt panels. It comprises a warehouse, a showroom with an administrative area, bathroom facilities, and a mezzanine level featuring offices, a boardroom, a staff room, and a kitchenette. Additionally, the site provides eight designated parking spaces and is beautifully enhanced with landscaping.
