We are excited to introduce the remarkable industrial facility situated at 5 Abeles Street, Baringa, within the Aura Business Park, proudly serving as the distinguished headquarters of Shadcon. The construction of this facility involved the use of robust concrete tilt panels, resulting in a substantial and enduring structure. The premises encompass a spacious warehouse and a mezzanine area that includes a boardroom, four offices, an administrative space, a kitchen, restroom, and bathroom facilities. Each aspect has been meticulously designed by our dedicated team, who take great pride in showcasing it to our potential clients.

What sets our headquarters apart from other industrial spaces is the exceptional rooftop area, tailored for entertainment and complete with a kitchen, wall-mounted TV, and adorned with festoon lights. The bar area provides ample space to enjoy the panoramic view, complemented by our company colors boldly painted in black and white on the exterior, seamlessly extending our branding throughout this impressive space.

Additionally, the site features designated parking spaces, enclosed by fencing and enhanced with tasteful landscaping. Our Shadcon headquarters stands out as a genuinely versatile and impressive environment.
