Shadcon had the pleasure of working with the owners of Solace who are the #1 Adjustable Bed company in Australia.

This impressive Industrial Shed is Shadcons latest project completed in Baringa.

Our clients had outgrown their space in Warana and were looking to expand into something they could keep growing their company in. They also wanted their new space to be clean, creative but simple. The Team at Shadcon worked closely with Jasmine and Darren to make sure their vision became a reality.

The building was constructed using concrete tilt panels. The total site size is 4,139m2 with the total building area being  2,579.30m2. The building consists of 2 x warehouses, an admin area on the mezzanine as well as an admin area on the ground floor which includes a showroom, warehouse storage and kitchenette and bathroom and toilet amenities. The site has also allowed for 38 allocated parking spots and finished off with landscaping.
