The Shadcon team recently completed an impressive warehouse and office development for clients located at 7 Abeles St, Baringa, within The Aura Business Park. The site encompasses 1013 m2, featuring a total build area of 554 m2. This includes a spacious warehouse and three mezzanines, two of which serve as storage areas. The structure spans two levels, connected by internal stairs. The property is equipped with two kitchenettes, a shower, and facilities for persons with disabilities. Constructed using concrete tilt panels, the building is not only durable but also aesthetically pleasing.

Externally, the development offers 12 car spaces and 5 bicycle spaces, complemented by professional landscaping. The warehouse is efficiently serviced by four roller doors.
