The team at Shadcon have recently wrapped up an outstanding commercial project for our clients situated at 9 Abeles St, Baringa, within The Aura Business Park. The site spans 1013 m2, boasting a total build area of 571 m2. This incorporates a generous warehouse and two mezzanines, creating a dynamic space over two levels linked by internal stairs. The property is well-appointed with two kitchenettes, a shower, and facilities catering to persons with disabilities. Crafted with concrete tilt panels, the structure not only ensures durability but also boasts an appealing aesthetic.

On the exterior, the development provides 12 car spaces and 4 bicycle spaces, complemented by expert landscaping. The warehouse efficiently operates with the assistance of four roller doors.
