Shadcon had the pleasure of working with our clients on this impressive commercial site. This project consisted of three buildings, covering approximately 400 square meters under the roof. This project is Shadcon’s largest and most recent completed industrial project within the Aura Business Park.
The building was constructed using concrete tilt panels. The three buildings each consist of a warehouse, an admin area on the mezzanine, warehouse storage, kitchenette, and PWD bathrooms & toilet facilities. The site has also allowed for ample parking spots and is finished off with landscaping. We are thrilled to see Samios as the first tenant to occupy the center building.
