The existing home needed to be demolished to make way for a new home which consists of 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an amazing kitchen and entertaining area designed to captivate the ocean breezes. This area opens up to a beautiful tiled pool area, ideal for long summer afternoons spent poolside or entertaining around the BBQ.
